Can you completely remove pet urine smell from my couch?
In most cases, yes. Success depends on how deep the urine has soaked and how long it has been there. We inspect the fabric and cushion cores to see whether cleaning and odor treatment will be enough, or if foam replacement is recommended. We’ll be upfront if we believe we cannot achieve the result you’re hoping for.
Do you work on both fabric and leather couches?
Yes. We regularly restore microfiber, woven fabrics, performance fabrics, and genuine leather. Each surface requires a different system, which is why we ask for photos first—to identify the material and choose safe methods.
How long does a typical Couch Rescue project take?
Many in-home odor and stain projects take a few hours. More involved leather repairs, cushion rebuilds, or structural work may require us to bring your couch to the shop for several days. We provide a clear timeline with your quote so you can plan around your schedule.
Is this cheaper than buying a new couch?
Often, yes—especially for quality or sentimental pieces. For budget couches with major damage, we’ll be honest if replacement makes more sense. Our goal is to protect your investment, not push unnecessary work.
